So… I’m a very nervous parent with a child that has ASD (autism spectrum disorder) and is non verbal. With his intellectual we’ve had challenges with brushing and even encountered a couple of cavities as a result. I was OVERLY nervous throughout the entire process and went down an internet rabbit hole that did not help with my anxiousness. The receptionist and office manager went out of their way to address all of my concerns. Dr. Ku was gentle and patient with my little guy throughout his exam and dental surgery. My Kids D&O has been my family’s dentist since moving to the area 6years ago & now they have a special place in my heart. They were great for my child with special needs. 🤗🤗🤗

Dr.Ku did amazing with my 20 month old and answered all of my questions and was super patient! My son always fights up brushing his teeth but she knew exactly how to manage and even gave my son a toy and he was so happy! Thanks again will definitely be returning.

Much appreciation goes to the office ladies Lauren and Dina, Dentist Dr. Ku, and Dental Anesthesiologist Dr. Pankaj Patel. After dealing with 8 months of problems with another location getting care for my son who had 3 abscessed molars, I broke down and asked Lauren for assistance and she was kind and apologetic for what we were going through and willing to help. She got us an appointment at this Livermore location, and all the information necessary to get my son the care he needed. Dina was great taking my many calls with questions and providing us with accurate information about insurance and payments. Dr. Susan Ku is such a kind and patient dentist for any kiddos, especially when dealing with anxiety. She understands dental anxiety, and works well with both my children and me. Dr. Patel successfully removed 3 of my son's teeth that had been abscessed, and he was INCREDIBLE. After having major dental trauma with my other children, I was more nervous than my child. Dr. Patel was so kind, patient, explained things so well, and was very informative during the process. He even sent back the extracted teeth with us, which I think is worth mentioning, as some children, like mine, wake up asking if they can see what was taken from them. If you are on the fence about this office for any reason, these are the people I worked with who were truly AMAZING.
